The international exhibition, “Root Unseen” explores the unseen roots that lie beneath personal and cultural identity. The exhibition presents works that re-examine family histories, ancestral memories, and silenced narratives, questioning how stories are remembered, forgotten, or reimagined. Spanning photography, digital media, video, interactive works, painting, and sculpture, the exhibition offers a space where hidden legacies become visible, resonating across generations.
국제전 Root Unseen은 개인과 문화적 정체성을 지탱하는 보이지 않는 뿌리를 탐구합니다. 이번 전시는 가족사와 조상의 기억, 그리고 오랫동안 드러나지 못한 서사들을 재조명하며, 기억이 어떤 방식으로 보존되고 망각되며 새롭게 해석되는지를 살펴봅니다. 사진, 디지털 매체, 영상, 인터랙티브 작업, 회화, 조각 등 다양한 매체를 통해 숨겨진 유산을 동시대적 맥락 속에서 드러내고자 합니다.
