The Structure of Flow and Traces (흐름과 흔적의 구조)
The Structure of Flow and Traces explores the ephemeral and the structured, the spontaneous and the intentional. My work reflects on the passage of time through layered compositions where ink traces, geometric patterns, and organic elements converge. By integrating traditional Hanji paper with contemporary mediums, I investigate the coexistence of permanence and impermanence. Through this exhibition, I seek to visualize unseen moments—fragments of movement and stillness—embedded in materiality and form. The delicate tension between fluid motion and structured order guides my process, allowing traces to emerge, disappear, and reconfigure. As the pieces interact with space, they invite viewers to navigate the rhythm of time embedded within the works.
흐름과 흔적의 구조는 덧없음과 구조, 즉흥성과 의도성 사이에서 이루어지는 긴장과 균형을 탐구한다. 내 작업은 한지, 먹, 그리고 현대적 재료를 결합하여 시간의 흐름을 담아내고, 흔적이 쌓이고 사라지며 다시 구조화되는 과정을 시각화한다. 이 전시를 통해 나는 보이지 않는 순간들을 재료와 형태 속에 새겨 넣고자 한다. 유기적인 선과 기하학적 패턴이 서로 충돌하고 조화를 이루며, 공간 속에서 작품들은 새로운 흐름을 만들어낸다. 관람자들은 작품과의 관계 속에서 시간의 리듬을 경험하게 될 것이다.
