Registration Categories
Presenter: The registrant who will present in the conference and participate in the exhibition. The package includes admission to all onsite and virtual conference sessions and gatherings.
Every artist/researcher of an accepted proposal will be provided with an opportunity to discuss the merits of his or her contribution with peers. It is required that the Presenter will pay the registration fee and present in a session.
Three general admission tickets to ISVC 2024 will be provided for the “Presenter”/Team so that they can invite guests. Additional tickets will be available to purchase via ISVC website in the future.
*The “Presenter” category is available only for artists/scholars who received the acceptance email. We will send a separate link to register as “Presenter.”
Additional Member of Artist/Researcher Group: Additional members of an artist/researcher group who presents/exhibits. One team member may register as “Presenter,” and the other attending member(s) may register as “Additional Member of Artist/Researcher Group.”

ISVC Party – Single Event Registration
ISVC Party 3-6 PM, September 15, 2024 @Civic bldg., Silver Spring
Everyone is welcome to join. Tickets are free, but we suggest a donation of $30 per guest. During the event, artists and researchers will have opportunities to introduce their work to the audience and engage in conversations with them. Light refreshments will be available.
