2026 상반기 CICA 영 코리안 아티스트 개인전 시리즈 작가 공모
CICA 미술관은 한국에서 활동 중인 작가와 해외에서 활동하는 한국 작가 및 한국계 작가를 선정하여, 개인전 시리즈, 영문 서적 출판, 인터뷰 및 소셜 미디어 게시를 통해 이들을 국제 무대에 소개할 기회를 마련하고자 합니다. 선정된 작가는 CICA 미술관 전시실(약 44m²/12평)에서 수요일부터 일요일까지 일주일간 개인전을 진행하게 됩니다. 작가 및 작품 소개는 시리즈 e북 CICA Art Now에 수록되어 출간될 예정이며, 해당 서적은 프린트 버전으로 주문 제작이 가능합니다. 또한 선정된 작가는 온라인 세션을 통해 작품을 발표할 수 있으며, 이 영상은 소셜 미디어에 게재될 수 있습니다(선택 사항).

-간단한 자기소개 및 이력과 포트폴리오를 submission@cicamuseum.com으로 보내주세요. 텍스트 문서는 DOC, TXT, PDF 형식으로 보내주시기 바랍니다. HWP 파일은 받지 않습니다.
-이메일의 제목 란에 “Submission: Young Korean Artists Solo Show Spring 2026 – 작가 이름(영문/한글)”이라고 적어주세요.
-포트폴리오 형식: 디지털 이미지, 영상 링크, 또는 온라인 포트폴리오 링크
– 이미지는 JPG (100-500KB 권장) 또는 PDF 형식으로 이미지 10점까지 보내실 수 있습니다. 큰 용량의 파일의 경우 Google Drive, Dropbox와 같은 링크 형태로 공유해 주시기 바랍니다. HWP (한글파일), ZIP 파일 및 다운로드 만료 기간이 있는 대용량 첨부 파일은 받지 않습니다.
– 영상 작품의 경우 Youtube 또는 Vimeo 등 영상 사이트에 업로드 하신 후 링크를 공유해 주세요. 영상 및 웹 아트는 3작품까지 가능.
*당선된 작가는 820,000원의 프로젝트 진행 비용을 지불하게 됩니다. 전시를 위한 작품의 배송, 설치, 및 철수의 책임은 작가에게 있습니다.

Call for Artists: CICA Young Korean Artists Solo Show Series Spring 2026
CICA Museum invites Korean and Korean diaspora artists worldwide, as well as international artists residing in Korea, to participate in the Young Korean Artists Show Spring 2026, including a publication and interviews. Each selected artist will have a solo exhibition for one week (Wednesday–Sunday) in the gallery space (approximately 44m²) at the CICA Museum. The artists will be featured in the e-book series “CICA Art Now,” available via Amazon. A printed version will be available by order. Additionally, artists may optionally participate in an online session, the recording of which will be shared on social media.

– Performance
– Video & New Media Art
– Design
*Timeline:
June 23, 2025: Submission deadline
July 11–30, 2025: Exhibition schedules will be arranged
January–June 2026: Young Korean Artists Show series
August 1, 2026: Expected publication date of CICA Art Now 2026

*How to submit your work:
– Please send us up to 10 JPG (100-500 kilobytes per image recommended) portfolio images and/or up to 3 direct links to video/ web/interactive art, your artist statement, and bio. Please email them to “submission@cicamuseum.com.”
***Preferred formats for text: DOC, TXT, or PDF
***We do not accept ZIP or HWP files.
***If the size of your file exceeds the email attachment size limit, please share the file via Google Drive or Dropbox. We do not accept WeTransfer and similar services that have expiration dates for downloading.
– Please write “Submission: Young Korean Artists Solo Show Spring 2026 – Artist’s Name” in the subject line of your email.
If the artist is chosen, s/he will need to pay the project processing fee of $600 (USD). The artist is responsible for the installation, shipment and delivery of his/her work to and from CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses.
